Arazet Design processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Order details (name, delivery address, email, phone), account details if you register, and artwork files you upload for custom work. Payment card data is handled entirely by our payment provider.

Why we collect it

To fulfil orders, provide support, and — only with your explicit opt-in consent — send marketing about new releases. Consent boxes are never pre-ticked, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Sharing

We share delivery details with couriers and payment references with our payment gateway. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing sales@arazetdesign.co.za. We will action deletion requests within 30 days, subject to records we must keep by law (e.g. tax invoices).
