Returns Policy

Stock items

Unworn, unwashed items with tags in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Email sales@arazetdesign.co.za with your order number to start a return; we’ll arrange a courier collection. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item.

Custom-branded items

Items produced with your artwork are made to order and can only be returned if defective or materially different from the approved proof.

Defects

Manufacturing defects reported within 6 months are repaired, replaced or refunded per the Consumer Protection Act.
