Flagship build // case study
I designed the brand, then engineered everything behind it: a public storefront, a separate admin console and the shared packages both run on. It takes real orders, renders print mock-ups on real garments and runs my business day to day.

Turborepo splits the public site and the admin console into separate App Hosting backends — no admin code or power ships to shoppers.
Cart totals are recomputed on the server, and payments sit behind a provider interface so a card gateway drops in without touching checkout.
Shared warp geometry places artwork on curved garment zones; the admin editor, the quote studio and the image baker all use the same maths.
ISR product pages, JSON-LD, a Google Merchant feed, a generated sitemap and IndexNow pings on every change.
Transactional and inbound email via Resend, PDF order documents, and QR codes that link a physical product back to its page.
A test mode points both apps at the Firebase emulators, seeded from live content, so nothing gets tried out on real orders.

Client site for an upholstery repair, reupholstery and bespoke-furniture workshop. Next.js App Router with a bespoke design system, Firestore-backed content and SEO built in from the start rather than bolted on.
Flutter app for assigning jobs to distributors across a calendar, with a drag-and-drop board, real-time Firebase sync and offline support in the field. Reads Google My Maps KML so work areas come straight from the maps the team already uses.
Field app that records distributor GPS trails against assigned map areas, with offline-first sync, live progress dashboards and Google Drive exports for client reporting.
Operations app for a logistics business: bookings, storage inventory and transport scheduling in one mobile workflow.
Mobile app that helps users store and track items inside boxes when moving or organising at home — label, search, find.
