Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from Arazet Design (“we”, “us”) via arazetdesign.co.za. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Prices & payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Arazet Design is not a registered VAT vendor, so no VAT is charged and invoices issued are not tax invoices. The price shown is the final amount payable. Payment is processed by our payment partner at checkout; we never store card details. An order is only confirmed once payment is authorised.

Delivery

We ship nationwide in South Africa. Lead times are shown per product; delivery is typically 2–4 business days from dispatch. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Custom branding

Custom work is produced to your approved artwork and specifications. We will confirm a proof before production; once approved, custom items cannot be cancelled or returned unless defective.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act. Our liability is otherwise limited to the value of the order concerned.
